I took my DR trimmer to this place. It was under warranty with DR and briggs. It had a briggs 8.75 engine. It did not run right. I suspected it was the compression release was broken. I had it there for several days. When I picked it up they said nothing was wrong with the mower and they charged me anyway. The engine continued to be a problem until I replaced the engine myself. This company has very bad mechanics who know nothing about small engines. I will never go back there!
We just bought a new Hustler Fastrak today at the Desoto location. So far our experience with Caldwell’s has been fantastic! The sales reps we dealt with, Kurt and Ben, were both very knowledgeable of the equipment and made it easy for us to decide which mower would best fit our needs. The financial part of the process was also a breeze. We were well taken care of at Caldwell’s Outdoor Equipment in DeSoto and can’t wait to try out our new mower!
