Our family has been going to Dr. Caldwell for several years. We all think he is an excellent dentist. He is friendly. He explains things very clearly and is open to any questions. We highly recommend him. We think he may be the "best dentist in the world!"
Dr. Caldwell was very good with my daughters. However, the office manager and her associates would not forward my daughters Records to her new surgeon. I even have the doctors office get a hold of them and they bluntly refused. She is in need of a removal, she has a bad infection and I did not want her exposed to any more radiation. These women are extremely ignorant . They over talked me and snickered. Her appointment is tomorrow. What to do? I can deal with a lot of ignorance but this NO!
I didn't have too wait long they cleaned my teeth really well I have no complaints!
