I have been waiting and calling for medical supplies over 6mos. The first lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. BUT SHE QUIT and I see why. The new YOUNG lady is extremely disrespectful and a careless liar. She want return calls or send medical supplies AT THE DOCTORS REQUEST. I call and get placed on hold for so long I hang up. I called back, she answered the phone and told a bold face lie that she would send out my supplies. I still haven't received them. Good morning this place has been taken over by a new company out of Wynn Arkansas they terrible, unpleasant unpredictable & unprofessional very rude.....I will have them checked out I seen some red flags go up I will get my supplies somewhere else starting new week! You will not be disrespectful too me I know how too cut you off when you show me you don't care I am not the one believe that!
