I took my four year old here for her first official visit and Emily did such a great job with her! It was a great experience overall and she's already excited for her next appointment (:
They can’t seem to figure out their billing. It’s been very frustrating dealing with their office. They are sending bills to my wife for my services, and sending me bills for services for my wife. I honestly don’t understand how difficult it is to bill someone for the services they get rather than sending the bill to someone else entirely.
Good place with good people. Dr. Caldwell has done right by me twice now with root canals and his hygienist Bridget is great too! Babs is awesome up front to top it off! Never thought I wouldn't be freaked out by the dentist, but these guys are tops!
Chosen randomly and what a delightful choice. The folks were very kind and helpful and getting a filling completed was pretty much painless. Positive attention given to personal concerns. I would recommend this dentist and his office!
I have been going to this Dental office for over a year now and it's the best experience I've ever had at the dentist...ever! Whether it's a cleaning or a cavity fill they will be gental and encouraging the whole time. Couldn't be happier with the whole staff and my time there! Thank you!
