I had the BEST experience in trading in my car for a 2018 Chevy Impala with my salesman Caton Hall at the CALDWELL location. He made sure he got me everything i wanted in a car plus some! He went out of his way and ordered my car and had it delivered the next day! The same day he received it he had the windows tinted for me, detailed/waxed and inspected. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. I am in love with my new car! Thank you for making this process very easy and stress free!
So I traded in my vehicle. They were supoosed to payoff my vehicle that I traded in. They haven't done so yet and they've been messing up on my contract. I've had to go up there 3 different times to resign my contract. The second time I went to sign my contract they explained to me that they were going to overnight my check to pay off the other vehicle. Just purchased a car from them and unfortunately it had a leak on the radiator I told them and they got right on it and also put me in a loaner it was fixed in no time that's guys especially Emerson and Kieth
