Car broke down on the interstate and was towed here. As to be expected, they're super rating has them in high demand so it couldn't be worked on for a few days. Our dealership could look at it right away, so we had it towed again. Caldwell Automotive hooked the car to the computer and called us with the results then left the printout in the car! Such amazing people and business.

Very professional and knowledgeable and customer service is amazing. Have taken several cars here and never disappointed. You receive an email with detailed services that need to be completed with pricing. You decide what you want fixed. Cars are always on time or early, never had any problems with the repairs. Highly recommend!
They have been an awesome shop to work with. Got us in quickly, very friendly staff, helpful, and most of all good work done on our vehicle.
On point. In a pinch headed out of town. They fixed my transmission same day. Respectful, strait forward and seem to actually care. So tired of andwering machines and a call back a whole day later. Bot here. 1st time there but its now my go to place!
