I am a Century 21 Realtor in Princeton B.C. I have a client that lives in the Smithers area who owns a home here in Princeton that is for sale. We have had 3 offers at different times which I have had to send up there to Calderwood Realty and ask them to help him to sign and initial because he does not have computer skills or a printer.
