If you want to waste your time and money, this is a good place to do it at. After they took my money on second visit, they gave a referral. Why not tell me you're going to refer before wasting $130 on second visit? Sitting there for an entire hour just to say at the end of the "session" one is being referred. After wasting money at this outfit, it proves anyone can be a 'counselor'. Place is a joke.
I just have to take a second and tell you how awesome Francesca is. I called to try and get help, and unfortunately Calderas Counseling did not take my insurance. Francesca took the time to point me to a website that would help me find a counselor that would accept my insurance plan. This is the type of person we all need in our lives, to take the time and help someone in need when they don’t have to, really just made my day. Carla is a wonderful and professional counselor! She is knowledgeable and wise when it comes to the specific mental health needs of adolescents and works well with caregivers/ adults!
Although they didn’t accept my sisters insurance they helped me anyway. 5 stars recommend!
