I have been going to Caldera Family Medicine for 10 years along with my mother and husband. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I see Kirsten Heron, who is an amazing provider and it is apparent how much she cares for her patients wellbeing. Kirsten is very patient and kind. I do not have insurance and can not always afford do everything I need to at once, so she helps me break down cost and prioritize testing into affordable increments. My husband goes to this clinic and typically waits at least an hour after scheduled appt to see Kristin heron, then dismisses concerns and puts off necessary bloodwork and looking into patients concerns which progressed into serious health concerns that could have been permanent if I wasnt observant enough and demanded they do their job, and low and behold I was right.
