On June 29th I called in a service request to my home warranty company (American Home Shield) for an issue I was having with my A/C. They dispatched out Caldera A/C & they came out on July 6th to diagnose the issue. Long story short after finally getting an appointment after 3 weeks of confusion I was made aware on the day of the appointment, the service was going to cost $500 as the warranty did not cover the cost.
