From my experience do not deal with these people. They said they would get a higher price for my two units than previous agent and once I signed, within 2 weeks tried to convince me the houses were worth a combined $130k less that we agreed before I signed. I then wanted out of the contract and now they said they will take me to court to recover all of their fees if I sell the houses within their 4 mth contract term. Do not sign with these people, they are not nice people and you will enter a world of pain if you do.
