Stealing people's money and refusing to give it back over parking. Great place city hall is an fn joke
Now has an elevator. Unfortunately it's on the further end from most of the buildings needing to be accessed. Parking lot is still very confusing with labels
$60 parking ticket because I forgot to put 2 quarters in a parking meter. We should have never stopped in this city for lunch.
It was a beautiful day for Grand Rapids to have their color run 5k race... Thousands of people entered in the race and it appeared they all had a great time... It was pretty dusty though with all the colored powder...
I was in out surprisingly at 430 pm
