Let me start out saying I am not trying to bash this complex but I am going to be 100% honest with my experience here. I moved into Calder Oaks in 2014 into an upstairs 1 bedroom apartment (#210), it was an old apartment but it was pretty quiet considering your neighbors are literally a wall over.
