I’ve stopped going here after unnecessary work was done (special X-rays) that insurance only covers once every 5 years. I wasn’t having any problems, had no changes between visits, etc. But hygienist left room to go see what services she could perform. Came back and I got xrays and cleaning. Received a bill which made no sense so when I called i was told that special “X-rays”were done and that I should argue with my insurance company as they “substituted” a code for the X-rays (she even referenced how Walmart exchanges/subst... read more
Wont be doing business here. Showed up to my first appointment only to find out it was canceled due to not having a doctor available the lady who let me in the office was super sweet and apologized. It was no biggie and i wasnt upset just wanted to get rescheduled.I was still receiving text messages confirming me and my husband appointment. So that was confusing but no biggie.
