Calcana Industries does not pay its suppliers. Our translation services were approved in December, finalized in January, and our invoice was issued at the beginning of February. The work was delivered in full and has never been disputed. When it came time to pay, we were given a series of questionable excuses. We were told they could not pay via Wise because it was supposedly "based in Belgium," despite Wise being a well-established international payment provider. We stopped at the new Calcana factory today to pick up our order. Everyone we encountered from the folks who loaded us to the folks in the front office were friendly, efficient and customer service oriented. Thank you for a great experience. We look forward to our next order.

If you are reading this review it means you are looking for a quality product versus just price shopping. This is my experience with the Calcana heater, their tech support department and their customer service department. I order a PH 75 HO 10ft heater in September 2022 from Recreation Outfitters and the unit arrived three weeks later and I had the unit installed in November 2022.
