LaVta lands is slow on dealing with issues, over 6 month to get a drain unplugged, which meant I had lake front property every time it rained , and now they are delayed on completion of the back alley paving project, they have not kept residence informed, no clear reason for delay or when project will resume. LaVita talks a big game when the land proposals are in but then is no where to be found when the project is on its way. Their customer relation is nil to non-existent.
