My neighbor must have been on drugs to recommend Calaway Heating & Air. My air conditioner lasted 27 years before having to be replaced. I did not have time to do my own research as my dad was in the hospital and I had to leave, so I trusted my neighbors recommend. My boyfriend worked for them right after we had our first baby, they never paid him his final paycheck, paychecks were always late and always personal checks, checks would often bounce, our daughter is almost 2 and we’re still waiting on his final paycheck from these losers, avoid them at all costs, they MADE my boyfriend install a very used water heater at a business even though the business paid for a NEW heater. AVOID THEM AND TO CALIWAY… hurry up and respond to the court paperwork to pay my boyfriend you crooks!!!!

I have never wrote a negative review but I feel I need to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, They were hired for a complete install of 2 HVAC systems in my new house. The customer service is non existent, they are not reliable and never show up when they said they would, constantly finding excuses as why they are late or just a no show. Callaway air is the most unprofessional incompetent business I have ever dealt with. They installed their system on my brand new house a year ago. First of all it literally took them from July to February to finish the job. All the time my general contractor and I had to harass them to come back and finish the job. Last summer water damaged the ceiling underneath the unit in the Attic. Upon inspection they had not finished the job and did not install water drains properly.
