I purchased my dream car end of September but the car was not ready for pickup until October ******* because a part was order and it took 2 weeks to come for oil pan and now there telling me I have to replace it and have to pay for a rental vehicle for these past 18 days plus pay a deductible of $250.00 plus $900.00 rentals fees. On August 3, 2024, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee from Calavan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Due to concerns about insurance costs, the salesperson, *************************, referred me to an individual they claimed was an insurance agent. I sent this individual $475 via Cashapp to purchase a *************** policy.On August 9, 2024, I discovered the policy was never initiated, and I have a lapse in coverage from August 3 to August 9, 2024. I don't want to say poor customer service, because their CUSTOMER service is well, thanks to Ms. ******** *********************** However their VEHICLE service is TERRIBLE. I purchased a car in April 2022, they sold me a vehicle with bad electrical wiring issues, by August 2023 I had to be serviced for 4 batteries! Everytime my car is being serviced I have problems immediately after, no less than 48 hours. A battery that is promised to last 3 years won't even last 3 weeks. & all I've been encouraged to do is GET ANOTHER BATT... read more
