Absolutely horrid. Water damage, in correct placement of housing structures. Do not build with Lanar/Cal Atlantic. Go somewhere else.
My mother built with CalAtlantic, she has been in the house 6 weeks now and they still haven't fixed everything that was noted on the final walk through. They show a lack of interest or sense of urgency in getting this finished. They have ruined the building for her!
