Update: So I was finally able to get a hold of them! Once I got through, they were pretty prompt in getting people scheduled to have them check out our issues (they have read this review). Again, this home belongs to a family member, and speaking on his behalf. This was a model home when purchased. When the Guy's flooring expert came by, he said the floors are normal and is caused by low humidity. Recommendation is 45%... Checked the manufacturers website as well and confirmed at 45%.
