Awesome sales staff horrible after purchase “warranty”. If you purchase from Lennar be warned you may have to deal with crumbling driveway concrete, bad hardwood flooring, discolored quarts, screw heads from the sub-flooring sticking up through carpet and wood flooring, landscaping drainage issues. They (Lennar) know how to throw up the homes and quickly run from their issues. You should look up the reviews and news articles about sub par concrete from Lennar. Hope this helps/informs in future home buying from Lennar.
