We just built our house with them and I LOVE it. Tiffany in the sales office is the best and I enjoyed working with her and Mike (the construction mngr) so much! They were both helpful, knowledgeable and eager to make things better. UPDATE as of 2/7/2018 - While we do love our home and the neighborhood, we've had multiple issues with the actual house since the very beginning. We built with Ryland (who later became CalAtlantic, and then was acquired by Lennar) in mid-2015. We absolutely LOVE our floor plan, and were very satisfied initially, but about nine months in, multiple large cracks started forming all throughout our kitchen ceiling and floor (dozens of severely cracked tiles). We understand that this can be at least partially due to "settling", but asked for their assistance in repairing, and been pretty disgusted with the way they've handled the situation.
