Tracy teenagers frequently do doughnuts in the Cul-de-sac at the front of the neighborhood between 12pm - 4am. After informing both the police and HOA, no one has done anything to prevent their access to the cul-de-sac. This could easily be dealt with by putting up a chain to block access. It’s a huge disturbance of peace and potentially harmful to the residents. We will likely move if this continues.
