I had surgery on my knee repairing the ACL, MCL and meniscus. I was very pleased with Doctor Del Gallo and his staff! I was also impressed with how quickly I have healed and the care I got at the surgery center

Spent 13 minutes on hold to request a refund, got tired of being put on hold. Called back and got put on hold yet again. Obviously they need more employees handing phone calls.

DON'T USE THE OFFICE IN KINGSVILLE...especially if you have a workman's comp claim. Ashlie, the WC rep that works in the Kingsville, TX office is not only rude on the phone, she doesn't care about her job. I called in trying to make an appointment for a hurt employee last Tuesday(4-28-2015). She would not allow me to schedule an appointment without a claim number.
