Just renewed my lease for another year with Calais. The management team goes above and beyond with helping their guests on any issue at hand. The amenities are clean and well kept, and the building is safe.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Calais Midtown! The location is super convenient, the apartments are spacious, and the staff is always helpful and kind. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and well kept. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
04/17/2025 Whatever you do, do NOT move into building 1. The elevator has gone out over 30 times in the past 3 years. Have fun loading groceries, or luggage if you travel, up and down multiple flights of stairs. We have all the records and literally counted how many times it has gone out. Last year it was out for over a month and we thought 'finally, they are fixing it for good'. Nope. Once again out again today.
