I’ve only lived here three weeks, and this has been the absolute WORST experience of my life. Elevator down log: Most recent 9-6-25 Our Costco trip ruined, brought a cart full of perishables and the elevator didn’t work again. Be aware if you move to Building 1! Decent community with major recurring Elevator issues. It has gone out so many times I lost count. They keep “attempting” repairs. The trash is nasty in the common areas. If you plan to move to building 1, ask them to cover the expense of movers cause they will likely take 3 times longer with the malfunctioning elevator. I cannot say enough great things about Calais Midtown—and especially Bettie! From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Bettie truly goes above and beyond for residents and makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and always has a smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely cares. Calais Midtown is a beautiful property with great amenities, but having someone like Bettie on the team is what really sets it apart. She’s a gem!
