We loved working with Francis on our whole home complete remodel. She was incredibly well organized and kept our large project moving along. She is an excellent communicator and most importantly to us, was a great listener. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted and she walked us through the process and added her creative design to the project. We couldn’t have been more pleased with working with her and the results that she produced!

Frances and I have worked together for years on many projects, including model homes, multifamily properties, and remodels. Calais Design handles small projects, space planning, furniture and finishes selection, and large commercial property upgrades with ease. I used Calais Design and was very pleased with the professionalism and dedication to customer service. Frances was very helpful in getting me started with the process of remodeling which I am not comfortable doing. She provided lots of options on the materials to choose from and really transformed my kitchen into the kitchen I have always envisioned. Frances focus was to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Calais Design with any remodeling projects.

We would highly recommend Frances for any home remodeling project. We had our master bath remodeled and she made the process simple and painless. She helped us with the tile selection, design and colors. We didn’t have to worry about who to call and what to schedule next. She handled every detail and the end result was gorgeous.
