Nice cousins
Beware - beauty is skin deep. Good location and attractive space but buildings showing age and falling into disrepair. We had no hot water for over 10 days, ultimately having to stay at a hotel before it was fixed ("not an emergency"). The dishwasher died multiple times, the final time left us without one for over a month. Our furnace was out three days in the winter, no response to emergency calls; our roof leaked a lot into one of the bedrooms - we had fans running for days to dry it out. Very friendly and helpful staff!
I was a resident here for 3 years. I was a quiet tenant and I always paid my rent on time. While the unit I leased looked good there were definitely things wrong with this place starting with the property manager and maintenance. The property manager never returns phone calls. It took maintenance 3 weeks to replace my microwave and that was because I kept calling to find out what was going on. They kept making excuses for not being able to replace it.
