i had a roof leak and reached out about the warranty, and brian was helpful in getting someone scheduled. They came out, checked the roofing work, and patched the ceiling area to improve the damage. It is not 100% perfect yet, but it is much better and i appreciate that they tried to make it right. The crew was polite, explained the repair process in simple terms, and made a good effort to address the issue. Based on how they responded, i would consider recommending them again for roofing service and warranty follow-up.
I can’t say enough good things about Calabrese Roofing Systems. We first called them for a roof leak, and they handled it the right way. They stopped the leak, did a full roof inspection, and were honest about what was needed without pushing a full roof replacement before the time was right. Later, after a major storm brought strong wind and roof damage through the area, I called again right away. Brian set everything up quickly, and Melvin came out the next day to inspect the shingles and overall roofing system. With so man... read more
i’m very happy i chose calabrese roofing systems for my roof replacement in spring valley. the whole roofing process was smooth, and the crew finished the job in just one day. i mostly worked with brian, and he was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew roofing systems, materials, and leak protection very well. he was also very punctual and kept everything on schedule. even though my insurance coverage was very limited, paying out of pocket was absolutely worth it for the quality of the work. the new roof has really... read more
calabrese roofing systems did an excellent job on our home. brian is very knowledgeable about roofing, very professional, and quick to respond. after a smaller repair went so well, we chose him again for a full roofing project that included a roof replacement, skylights, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards in spring valley. he came out promptly to inspect the roof and found significant storm damage. he clearly explained the condition of the shingles, flashing, and drainage system, and helped us understand our options so w... read more
My roof replacement was first planned for two days, but with rain and wind expected, I was worried about delays. Brian, the foreman, called ahead and said the roofing crew had adjusted the schedule and would complete the full reroof in one day. I was unsure at first, but they showed up early with a large team and got right to work. By the time I went outside, the crew was already moving fast and working in an organized way. They had enough roofers on site to handle the tear-off, decking checks, underlayment, ventilation upda... read more
