The entire staff is fantastic and go out of their way to provide great service. I purchased a bike through them that they didn't carry but we're happy to order and take care of. Jeremy has been looking after my Kink Liberty since it came in. He even went as far as to talk with Kink on my behalf for an issue and got it resolved for me.
