Lines move through quickly and the service and staff are always great! We live in Carolina Shores and come here often. I love the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the Southern Bourbon Butter Pecan. Delicious!!
A friend of ours recommended this to us. 3 out of 4 people in our group were from out of state, 1 from Minnesota and 2 from Kentucky. The service was great, and I could tell from first bite that the ice cream was homemade. When I visit out of state, I like to support local businesses. I would travel the 600 miles back here from Kentucky for one scoop of your delicious ice cream. Absolutely outstanding.
The ice cream is great. But would it be that hard to put out a pitcher of water for customers? My 7 year old asked for a cup of water (on a 90+ degree day) and was told that there is water for purchase in the coolers. While the customer service here is normally good, I was very disappointed with this response.
