Our house has been hit with several golf balls coming over from the golf course and our windows have been hit and cracked subsequently. Jeff came over to my house to see the damage himself and to see how many golf balls regularly fly in. He promised my wife to follow up on the issue and resolve it. It has been over 3 months now and Jeff and his team have been ignoring countless calls and messages. I find that to be unprofessional and it certainly suggests a lack of integrity.
