Confrontational and disinterested sales person.
I went in this morning to ask about a restorer coat to make my floors look nicer, and the service was honestly pathetic. The guy upfront (Asian sales guy) just asked if they were sanded. When I said no, he just said 'none' and completely shut down. I even tried to ask about water-based restorers and he literally ignored me. After a few seconds, he just snapped, 'I already said none. He couldn't even be bothered to give me a simple suggestion for something I could easily pick up at Home Depot or Lowe’s if they didn't carry it... read more
2 star rating mostly due to their inability to take over the phone payments. It’s 2025, they can’t expect to have people get an email with a PDF, sign it, send a copy of their ID all to pay for materials while crew is there waiting to receive the materials. All other flooring distributors take over the phone payments because business is moving fast and not every crew member gets a business credit card. They have good materials, and the people are nice but be ready to take up time signing papers and sending a copy of your ID ... read more
