We had a great experience purchasing tile from Cal Tile for our kitchen backsplash and bathtub/shower areas for two bathrooms. We worked mostly with John, who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He helped us select and order our tile and made sure everything arrived on time. I initially had a difficult experience with one of the salespeople at Cal Tile, which left me frustrated enough that I emailed management about my concerns. I was very pleased with how seriously my email was taken and with the effort that was made to resolve the situation. I subsequently met with Joseph, the manager, and he completely turned the experience around for me. Cal Tile has everything you need! After searching for a particular tile for our backsplash, we found exactly what we were looking for here. Alicia Rojas was wonderful to work with. She knows her stuff! She helped us select samples and ultimately the perfect tile for our project. She was helpful at every turn, even when I decided to add an extra box at the last minute. She made everything easy. Also, they have an incredible selection – I highly recommend them.
