They committed to fabricating and installing a vent system for our food truck. We were given an appointment. Showed up tech came out to get started them within minutes said the owner said I cant do this. We were not given a reason why. Also why didnt they call us? We drove over and hour to drop the trailer off. This is BEYOND unprofessional. We have a $4000 non refundable appointment to put our fire system in.
