Extremely unprofessional, very rude. Will be referring to corporate about the receptionist and will recommend this as a place to NOT DO business with.
Unbelievably POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a tech come out in December who determined our mini split compressor was bad. A new one was ordered from the manufacturer, who sent it to Cal Steel. When it arrived at Cal Steel, Ivy rejected the shipment because it had my name on it. One would think that an HVAC product arriving at a company that does HVAC might just be in the right place, and that maybe one should ask around about a potential customer with that name rather than just rejecting the shipment. Joe at Cal Steel is a true artist welder. I had a special job to custom fit some carbide runners on my snowmobile and he was 100% in to take the challenge. Excellent attitude and super professional! Couldn't give a higher recommendation!!
Eddie did an emergency on a water/sewer cover someone had stolen at our commercial building. It was immediately completed and very fair pricing. Excellent communication with Eddie and Cal Steel. Highly recommend this business
