I like coming to Cal-Steams San Francisco location. My man Oliver makes the whole experience seamless. Not only is he extremely personable, funny, and helpful, but he does it all while knowing exactly what to get swiftly and efficiently. Its safe to say that operations run smoothly because of him, and thats why I come to Cal-Steam. Other supply houses are OK - but Oliver’s top notch service and attention to detail make Cal-Steams San Francisco location my first pick, even if I have to drive out of my way to get here!

Who are the liars here that are giving five stars. These guys can’t carry a Pace supply lunchbox. Customer service sucks. Inventory is lacking. I came in looking for a single urinal flush valve and was sent away. Six minute drive to Pace Supply and they have them on the shelf. Do yourself a favor, head over to Florida Street and talk to Gerald or Marius at Pace.
