Came here to pick up a part that no other had in the area. I went to three other stores just looking for one 4" PVC sch40 coupling and no one seemed to have it. I came here and they had it in the back for me. There was only one in stock but I was happy that they had it. The representative behind the counter was very pleasant and helped me get what I needed quickly and efficiently. Well stocked plumbing supply store. I am a homeowner, not a professional plumber, but needed a 1" Moen Flo smart water valvle and a 1" pressure reducing valve. Their online inventory said they had it in stock, and going to pick it up was easy. They were a few dollars more than Amazon (but same price as home depot!), but they had the stuff in stock, are local, and it saved me two days waiting for shipping! CAL Steam sells Flow guard pipe so Went to this store. Clerk at store was decent but told me I’d have to call their customer representative to order as they did not have some fittings in stock (why he couldn’t order or tell me when restock would come I don’t know). Bought what was available, went home and called customer rep over phone, lady was professional and super difficult - weird.
