I was disappointed, and even angered a bit, after the Cal-Spas service technician arrived and went into my back yard and started taking my new hot tub apart without even notifying me he had arrived. There was no knock at the door, no introduction, no chance for me to explain why I had called for warranty service. I consider this EXTREMELY unprofessional. The technician was not wearing a mask either. Just very, very poor field service.
