My son and I visit Cal Poly Meats every other Friday, and we’re never disappointed. The students are consistently friendly, the meat quality is exceptional, and the Rancher’s Rub is downright amazing. Their hamburger patties made the best burger I’ve ever had. Supporting a local, student‑run operation feels great, especially when the products are this good. Truly a hidden gem.
Small yet mighty. We have never been disappointed with anything we have bought from here. We also really like that we are supporting the students. Limited hours but worth working around that schedule.
Breakfast sausage was excellent!
