Cal Oaks is the worst therapy center I've ever been to. Kim the receptionist, is extremely rude. I don't know why a professional place would hire someone so unprofessional. She acts like she has authority to treat pationats however she wants. If the owner knows how she does her job, I would hope "the owner" cared more about the patients and got someone who isn't so insecure and actually knows what they're doing so they don't treat patients in a demening way, and just get rid of them when they're not even the therapist.
