An honest termite inspector! I was told by my regular pest control service that we needed a full tent due to a new infestation. Before pulling the trigger I called Cal Oaks for a second opinion. Adam came out and performed his own inspection focusing on the problem areas highlighted by our regular pest control service. As it turns out all the areas they reported were from before our remodel and there were no signs of recent activity. Even the damage he highlighted was dry rot, not termites.
