The staff is friendly and the services are excellent; the wait is never excessively long.
I absolutely love this dentist! The entire staff deserves 5 stars! they are kind, proactive and do a fantastic job at listening to my concerns. I was sad when my dental insurance changed and they no longer were in my network. Debating whether to just pay out of pocket to stay with them.
The dentist was dismissive and spent less than five minutes in the exam, claiming there were no cavities without conducting a thorough evaluation. In contrast, the hygiene assistant was professional and attentive, providing a comprehensive cleaning. Unfortunately, the front office staff was disorganized and lacked basic scheduling competence.
