Scott is great to work with but Kelly is why this is getting a 1 star. Looks like a new guy that just started working there, wanted to charge me 2 hours for assessing the air filter, battery, the lintel hitch and chains that connect to the truck (laughable things) that a 5 year old can tell me and then when I asked him what am I paying for, he says it took them 2 hours to do that, something I could’ve done, but ok in all fairness, even if it took them two hours, he then hangs up on me because he didn’t want to hear me out on... read more
