The drawing and estimate package are done on spec before you award the contract, although the customer is asked to give a ballpark budget. Cancelled appointment last moment saying they forgot that there was some other seminar or program. The lady who called behaved as if it is my fault. Not sure if they are genuinely interested in getting business.
