We have called them multiple times over the years and they have always been very professional, very honest, and always fix our problems. Great experience every time
We got a new AC installed from them in our new house. When it got hot a few weeks later, we noticed that the AC does not work (due to lower temps we had no need to turn it on earlier). Therefore, we called them and they checked it out quickly and left without an attempt to help us. Our little dog and we suffer from the high temperatures in the house, BUT they do not care, as they will not replace the condenser under warranty. We have been working with Cal-Kool for over 15 years. I have used them to install on new construction homes and even on my personal home. They have great prices and really go the extra mile. If you need a brand new AC unit, they are the one to call. Local, family owned and operated, reliable.
Cal-Kool Air Conditioning & Heating recently came to our rescue in the middle of a heat wave! We had just returned from vacation only to find our air conditioner had completely stopped and wouldn't restart. We called Cal-Kool immediately, however they couldn't come out for two days due to previous commitments, so REGRETFULLY we called another local A/C company.
