We had a wonderful experience at Caló Kitchen + Tequila. From the moment we arrived, the host was very friendly and welcoming, and the customer service throughout our visit was excellent. Our server was newer, but she did an amazing job and made sure we were well taken care of. For drinks, we ordered a Michelada and a cucumber cilantro margarita. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I made a reservation a week in advance to celebrate my husband’s birthday because I wanted the evening to be special. We arrived on time, dressed up and excited to enjoy a nice birthday dinner, only to be told they wanted to seat us outside—in 98-degree weather.
