We would not recommend Cal Homes. We hired them to finish our basement. Every day posed new errors and problems. Problems include: They built walls in the wrong place despite having marked the floor with masking tape. They send youngsters out without tools - had to borrow mine. Allowances for things like carpet or cabinets are below the price of anything available and Cal charges 15% for any cost over the allowance.
