I was traveling in the area for a Camping trip and my brake line cracked. It was 45 minutes before the shop closed and the Service Manager Chris Rutherford said he would take a look at it. Chris and his technician stayed after hours on a weekend to fix my brakes because he knew that I would be stranded at least until Monday. Just an fyi- Husband took our Escape to CAL HANS in Loudonville on 11-5-13 and was charged $1049.00 for repairs. He specifically asked them if it was even worth fixing and they said YES and gladly took his $1049.00. On 12-27-13 he had to take it back because he was having the same issues he was having before, and this time, they told him it was unsafe for road use and recommended he replace the vehicle that they JUST charged us $1049.00 to work on a little more than a month ago.
