I lived at the Cal Davis Apartments for a little over two years. Bob, the landlord, is an excellent and fair owner who is very easy to get ahold of. If I were staying in Davis, I would continue to live at the Cal Davis Apartments. The apartments were well maintained (and when you need something fixed, it's fixed right away).
