I attempted to get a quote and got no response. Sent a follow up message and for no response either. Not being difficult, but already started with the wrong foot.
I made an appointment to get my windows tinted. My fiancée went and Claudia couldn’t find our appointment listed. She wanted to know if I could send the text/email showing her we had an appointment. She did say that they could do the windows, but due to the Covid-19 he could not stay there and wait. Which should of been mentioned in the beginning. We would of made arrangements ahead of time to have the car dropped off, since I was working and he was on vacation. A waste of time.
They could have a less rude customer service rep (Claudia). Not very welcoming or knowledgeable. Treat a guest as you would if they were to come to your home and never roll your eyes at a customer. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
