We were looking for a new window for our kitchen remodel and reached out to Cal Coast for a quote. We visit their showroom and met Dave there. He was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our first time buying a window so we have a lot of questions, and Dave patiently answers them all and also give us great advices. Although at the end we didn't buy the window from Cal Coast, our experience with Dave make us wants to go back to him and Cal Coast when we are looking to replace the windows for the rest of the house.
Had Cal Coast replace the bedroom windows with energy-efficient ones. Job was done on time, and the difference is noticeable. The room stays warmer in the mornings and a lot quieter at night, which I really appreciate. Crew showed up when they said they would, kept the area clean, and didn't waste time. No pressure, no drama — just solid, clean work. And the price was reasonable for the level of quality. Would call them again if I decide to update the rest of the house.
